Bodywork · EFT Tapping · Somatic Practices
Support for the nervous system, body,
and emotional self.
The body holds patterns long after the mind understands them. Somatic work helps create safety inside the body — not by forcing change, but by gently meeting what is already there.
I work with the nervous system through EFT tapping, somatic bodywork, and breath-based regulation. These are body-first practices that help move you from survival responses into genuine rest.
You cannot think your way into regulation. But you can find your way back — one breath, one session at a time.
Each modality is offered with care, slowness, and deep respect for the wisdom your body already holds.
EFT combines guided emotional processing with gentle tapping on acupressure points. It helps calm the nervous system, reduce emotional overwhelm, and build a more regulated baseline.
Body-based work focused on nervous system awareness, physical tension release, and rebuilding a sense of safety inside the body. We work with what is held, not against it.
Grounding practices, guided breathing, and body awareness exercises designed to bring the nervous system out of fight, flight, or freeze and into a state of genuine rest.
Sessions are designed around your nervous system, not a rigid protocol. Whether you are navigating chronic stress, recovering from burnout, or seeking deeper regulation — we work at your body's pace.
Available virtually and in person. Reach out to discuss what might serve you best.
We begin with conversation, grounding, and nervous system awareness. There is no rush.
Together we notice patterns held in the body and emotional system. The body leads.
Using EFT tapping, breathwork, and somatic techniques, we gently work with what arises.
Sessions close with grounding, reflection, and integration support to carry forward.
"For the first time in years, I didn't feel like I was living on high alert. Something genuinely shifted."
"She held the space so gently. I didn't have to explain everything — my body seemed to know what to do."
"I came in thinking I needed to understand my anxiety better. What I found was that my body needed to feel safe first."
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a body-based stress reduction practice that combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with guided emotional processing. It helps calm the nervous system and can reduce the intensity of difficult emotions, memories, and physical tension.
No experience necessary. We begin wherever you are. Sessions are paced to your nervous system, not a fixed protocol.
Both options are available. Virtual sessions are held over video call and are just as effective for EFT tapping and breath-based work. In-person sessions are available at my studio — reach out for location details.
We begin with grounding and conversation, move into the body-based work, and close with integration support. Every session is different depending on what your system needs.
No. This work is not therapy or a replacement for mental health treatment. It is body-based support for nervous system regulation and emotional wellness. If you are working with a therapist, these modalities can complement that work beautifully.
Many clients begin with a series of 4–6 sessions to notice consistent shifts. Some continue with regular monthly support. We discuss what makes sense after your first session.
This is completely normal. The body is processing. Sessions close with integration support, and I recommend giving yourself time to rest and be gentle with yourself afterward.
